How Often Should I Have A Facial Treatment?
Frequency of facial treatments varies. Depending on your skin program, you will have your treatment weekly, fortnightly or monthly. This will be outlined with your therapists on your first appointment. Your skin cells turnover every 28 days. As a minimum, you should aim to have your professional facial treatment every 28 days.
What Treatments Can I Have While Pregnant & Breastfeeding?
We have a range of skin and body treatments available for our pregnant and breastfeeding clients. Our therapists are aware of any products in our range not suitable for clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Please let your therapist know if you are pregnant or currently breastfeeding .
What If I Have A Medical Condition?
It is important you advise us of any medical conditions you may have, no matter how minor. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, some of our treatments may not be safe. Ensure you communicate with your therapists any prescription medication, vitamins or supplements you are taking.
What Treatment/Products Do I Need?
We recommend booking a skin consultation prior to your first appointment where we customise and package the most suitable treatment to achieve your skin goals. This includes a combination of in salon treatments and home care to ensure you achieve real, visible results.
How Can I Pay For My Treatments?
Your products, services can be paid via Cash, Eftpos, Visa and MasterCard. Sorry, we do not accept American Express.
What If I Am Running Late?
If for any reason you arrive past your booked appointment time, we will do our best to complete your full treatment, however this is not always possible and you will be charged for the full amount of the original booking due to your lateness.
When Should I Arrive For My Appointment?
Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time. You may be asked to complete a consultation form before your treatment or simply relax in the reception.
How Can I Purchase A Treatment Online?

When you book a treatment online, you can:

Create an account on our website registering your details and creating an online login and select your treatment, select time and therapist and appropriate payment method.

You are required to pay for your treatment in full at the time you book an online appointment.

Gift Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers are available for purchase with the following conditions:
  • Gift Vouchers can only be purchased in Australian dollars
  • Gift Vouchers are non-transferable.
  • Your recipient does not need to use up the entire original value of the voucher in a single purchase.
  • Remaining values on vouchers may be used on subsequent purchases.
  • Value of a Gift Voucher can be between $10 and $999 AUD
  • Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase
  • Gift vouchers offered with promotional value are not redeemable against other promotions or for the purchase of products.
  • We do not offer refunds on Gift Vouchers.
  • As pricing is updated (due to various cost increases) vouchers for particular treatments may no longer cover the full cost of that treatment and will require a gap payment on the day of the appointment.
  • Please see out treatment pricing for the most up to date costs.
  • Vouchers with promotional value added are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
  • Donation Vouchers are valid for 3 months from date of collection.

What is a Skin Gym Membership?
Divine Beauty Skin Gym membership a value skin program package. These memberships offer access to discounted professional clinic treatments.
How do I sign Up For A Membership?
It’s easy! You can sign up for a membership in salon or give us a call to arrange.
How do I pay for my membership?
A membership is paid in part payment or paid upfront. Cash, Gift Voucher or Eftpos or Credit card expected.
When does my membership start?
Your membership starts on the date you request your first payment to be captured. Each membership is different and skin packages range from 8 weeks, 3 months and 6 months.
Are there any restrictions on when I can attend the clinic?
No, we’d love you to visit anytime. We do recommend booking ahead to secure your preferred times and days as we can not guarantee availability with short notice.
Can my membership be put on hold?
No, sorry! We can’t currently put memberships on hold. 
Can my membership be used by my friends and family?
No, the membership is for your use only.
What happens if I miss my appointment?
We send reminder emails & SMS confirmations for all appointments. If you can’t make your appointment you can reschedule with more than 24 hours notice. If you forget to reschedule or miss your appointment you will forfeit your treatment.
Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to us and we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Our cancellation policy provides us with the time to inform guests on our waiting list of any availability and are also designed to protect our team from any lost business.

 

Cancellations must be received no later than 24 hours prior to the arrival date to be considered.

If your appointment is cancelled with more than 24 hours notice and you have paid a booking deposit, your deposit will be fully refunded or transferred to any new appointment that you make.

If cancelling  less then 24 hours, The Divine team will try their best to fill the appointment.

 

Please understand if you cancel less then 24 hours and the appointment cant be filled you will be charged full price. Please consider sending a friend or family member to fill your appointment if you can not make it. 

 

 No Shows will be charged full price of appointment. Please remember your time is important to us and we have this time blocked out for you and only you if you cancel this leaves us with a gap and a time someone else could have taken this appointment. 

 

Skin Packages are to be booked in every week or every second week – these packages have valid dates as these are special prices offered to you.
